Office Hours: Law with Cubism Law

Our Office Hours offer you half an hour with experts and mentors in a variety of specialised areas. They are free to both members and non-members and are an excellent resource of information for all you bootstrapping startups.

We’re happy to be joined by Robert Taylor and Nicholas Berry from Cubism Law for our Office Hours sessions. Robert brings a genuinely creative mind to legal problems and enjoys getting stuck in to contentious disputes or difficult negotiations.With ten years’ experience in the media and entertainment sector, he brings a wealth of music law knowledge and practical expertise spanning the entire spectrum of the music business and beyond.

Cubism Law’s specialist IP team have extensive experience of IP law, and offer advice to entrepreneurs, start-ups and established businesses within the IP sector. Cubism Law is therefore able to offer essential legal support and advice on a wide range of both IP specific matters, as well as commercial matters with particular relevance to the creative industries and IP.

During the session Robert and Nicholas will address your questions and offer some insight into a solution. Your legal queries should fall into any of the following categories:

• Joint Venture and Shareholder Agreements

• Investment Agreements and Financing

We are running seven, 30 minute, 1-2-1 sessions between 13:00 – 17:00 that can be booked using BookingBug. If you bring along your questions and challenges Cubism will give you their expert advice.
