I am pleased to announce that CRM Club is back with a bang, and we have 3 great speakers lined up which I will be announcing shortly that are going to be presenting around the topic of
‘Starting a CRM strategy from scratch….where do I begin???’
CRM is growing and with that more business are looking to invest in CRM a lot earlier in their businesses lifecycle, and larger organisations are looking to transform their existing CRM strategies. This is great news for all CRM professionals but does beg the question of where do you begin….?

He will be giving an insight around the importance of engaging with your customers.
This evening will enable CRM professionals to share experiences/pain points/successes that they have had when developing CRM strategies within businesses that previously haven’t had a function. There will be beer & pizza provided so there is no excuse not to attend.
