Neil Infield is the Manager of the British Library Business & IP Centre Reference Team. He has worked with a wide range of business ideas from all sectors, especially helping those who are starting up.

Over the past six years, Neil’s blog In through the outfield has received more than 150,000 visitors. Through 500 posts he has covered topics from entrepreneurship and innovation to business and information management.

Luke Burton

Luke is Service Manager for the Business & IP Centre Newcastle having previously spent two years as a Library and Information Officer with Newcastle City Libraries.

He provides intellectual property advice to individuals and businesses as well as running workshops covering IP for beginners, market research, Twitter for business and various aspects of intellectual property protection.
