11am Are You Protecting Your Ideas? How IP law Can Protect Your Design, Invention and Brand

How much do they cost and can they be sold and licensed? The legal landscape – what can and can’t designers do? Design infringement – recent and influential cases. Registering your design – tips for trouble-free registration (and how to avoid your design being critiqued in court).
