The event will feature four hand picked companies, looking to raise equity investment of up to £5m. Each company has eight minutes to make their investment presentation and two minutes to answer investor questions. Full details about each of the companies will be sent to you the week before the event.
Most of our selected companies are eligible under the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS). There are details about the tax benefits of EIS and other key tax considerations here, but if you have any further questions we are happy to answer them.
Presentations will start promptly at 12.30pm. Afterwards, a lunch buffet will be served and you will have the opportunity to meet and speak with the companies and fellow investors; and to talk to us about all our current investment opportunities. The event will close at 2.30pm.
