Introduction To Startup Law

Buckworths will present on the subject of legal basics. This free legal session will cover the basic legal issues and documentation required by startups to get up and running.

The seminar will cover introductory issues such as incorporation, registration for corporation tax, PAYE and VAT (if necessary), employing people, customer contracts and compliance with laws. The session will also explore the various investment and grant funding schemes readily available for startups.

Drinks and light refreshments will be served throughout the evening.
