Gary Baylis, Export Expert
Gary has been in the international logistics industry for over 47 years, working at director and senior management level, in both operational and commercial roles, dealing with export and import shipments of all types by land, sea and air.

Simon Lacey, Grocery Accelerator
Simon co-founded Grocery Accelerator – the UK’s first food and drink accelerator, who have invested, coached and help fast-track 11 new and exciting innovative businesses in their first year.  Simon is also founder of Idea To Shelf Ltd, a consultancy specialising in helping small food and drinks businesses with great ideas to grow and prosper. Simon has over 18 years worth of experience in senior sales & marketing positions, from large multinationals such as Colgate and Carlsberg through to fast growing premium brands such as Kettle Chips, Plum Baby & Lily’s Kitchen, Simon has an outstanding track record of bringing brands to market and helping to step-change performance at the sharp end.

Kastytis Kemezys, Cinnamon Bridge
Kastytis is passionate about two things: food and helping businesses to thrive. He co-founded MyDrink Beverages and created DrinkPreneur Live beverage awards. He realised that what businesses really needed to intense, targeted help to connect with investors, grow their sales and improve their business. To provide this he created Cinnamon Bridge in 2014 .
