Speakers
Francesca O’Brien, Head Associate, Syndicate room (Angels Crowdfunding)
Franis responsible for management of deal flow and liaison with entrepreneurs.
She graduated from St John’s College, Cambridge, where she read Part I History; Part II Psychology, before completing a Graduate Diploma in Law in London. Fran has previously worked with the legal team responsible for preparing victim and witness statements for the Leveson Inquiry, and within the schools and education department of the London Borough of Ealing Council.
Frank Webster, Campaigns Director, Seedrs (UK’s Leading Crowdfunding platform)
Frank heads up Seedrs campaign on-boarding and business outreach. He is a lawyer who began his career in London with Jones Day, moving to Kirkland & Ellis where he practised in the firm’s private equity practice. More recently, he was manager of leading legal news and community site RollOnFriday. Frank joined Seedrs just after launch in 2012.
Henrik Ottosson, Invesdor (One of the fastest growing European platforms)
Henrik Ottosson is based in London where he has lived and worked for the last 20 years. He has a background in investment banking and global markets where he has worked in various roles as Managing Director and Head of Nordic Region. During his career in London he has worked at Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, Royal Bank of Scotland and Société Générale. His experience ranges from capital markets, equities and fixed income to asset and liability management solutions. Additionally, he has extensive experience in developing distribution strategies and product partnership with financial advisors, insurance companies and wealth managers.
Today he works as an entrepreneur, investor and independent consultant with a focus on Northern Europe and the financial services industry
