London based Cinnamon Bridge accelerator is now launched with a 4 month programme to support 20 new food brands annually together with a strong set of business partners covering areas of relevant expertise, including branding, FMCG sales and marketing, research and finance.
As a part of the Cinnamon Bridge acceleration programme, series of group workshops are available for public.
Fund Raising practice:
Sixth and final Cinnamon Bridge workshop marks the beginning of the last part of the programme. The event is focused on securing early stage funding for food start-ups. Together with serial investors, venture capital partners and fund managers we will evaluate different funding options and risks and opportunities while approaching them.
Meet some of the most respected fund managers, VC’s and private investors to learn about raising capital in the FMCG industries. Participate in the highly engaging workshop where you will be able to pitch and listen to an unbiased opinion and suggestions for improvement. Understand the core value of your business case for the investors perspective and find the best way to approach them.
It will be an opportunity to listen to a unique case study of Snact that managed to raise funds with an amazing idea and proper preparation.
Ilana Taub is one of the two co-founders of Snact – making fruit snacks from fruit that would otherwise be thrown away, fruit that’s in surplus for not meeting product specifications or because of gluts in production. Prior to this, Ilana also worked as a Community Manager at the Food Assembly, enabling direct trade between small scale farmers and food producers, and their local communities.
Meet and mingle amongst other food and beverage entrepreneurs who are producing something delicious and unique!
One of the first Food Startup focused events in London with a special workshop to focus on raising capital for the upcoming products that are going to change the way we eat and drink.
20 hand picked entrepreneurs and 5 Cinnamon Bridge accelerator start-ups will participate in the event in search for the answers to their Funding related questions:
- How do I prepare my financial projections with no sales traction?
- How much money do I actually need in the food industry?
- Which funding route is the best for my product?
